Late afternoons or early morning is usually a good time to take advantage of the best natural light for outdoor photo shoots. For indoor photo shoots, anytime really, best when the room gets ample lights. Of course, pick a time when your children are at their best - well rested and eaten beforehand makes babies/kids especially agreeable during photo sessions.

Absolutely! Get your children's nap in and have them eat before the photo session, so they are in a good mood for the photo session. Bring some snacks and drinks for them.

While we provide all the props for the photo session, you are welcome to bring your child's favorite toy, stuffed animal friend or anything that make your child giggle!

Comfortable and coordinated clothing (if taking family shots) are always the best in photos. Solid colors and small patterns are great. Layering works really well for creating different looks. Try to avoid bold prints and patterns, which can distract the eye when viewing photography.
